It takes five minutes to make healthy strawberry popsicles! So don’t wait, read the recipe below and give it a try.
- 3 cups of frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon of a natural sweetener (such as pure maple syrup, stevia, or raw honey)
Take a food processor and mash the strawberries. Combine the coconut milk, vanilla extract, sweetener, and lemon juice. Make sure you pour a layer of strawberry puree in the correct order and then a thin layer of coconut mix on top of the popsicle. Do this until you are exhausted. Fish by unfolding the paddles and freezing for at least four hours (although six is better). To enjoy!
