Sugar is sweet, but it isn’t always pleasant!

According to the latest numbers released in the UK, each person consumes 165 pounds of processed sugar each year. All processed sugar is empty calories with no nutritional value. We don’t need this manufactured food, thus it doesn’t matter if it’s brown, white, or any other color. When raw, however, you can eat as much natural sugar as you like from sugar cane, fruit, or vegetables because their molecular structure has not been tampered with, making them perfectly safe for us to consume.

“God did not produce sugar,” as Doctor Bernard Jensen famously said, which is why it isn’t natural to the body; it takes 90 feet of sugar cane to make half a cup of refined sugar. A tin of baked beans can have up to 8 tea spoons of sugar, and most granulated infant liquids contain more than 90% sugar. 3 tea spoons, a pack of cornflakes with up to 40% sugar, chewing gum, Saccharin (canderel) hardens the tricuspid valves in the heart, causing them to become rigid and brittle, therefore sugar-free is much worse! So they snap and you can’t be saved, ice cream with up to 40% sugar, soft drink with up to 12 tea spoons sugar in a 330ml can. A 2 litre bottle of Fanta can contain up to 72 tea spoons, and the list goes on! In fact, anything that comes in a bottle, can, package, or packet has been processed and most certainly contains sugar!

Each year, the UK spends £170 million on mints, with the majority of mints containing more than 96 percent sugar. Last year, though, only £212 million was spent on toothpaste. In most circumstances, I believe grandparents are the worst individuals for children to have. Because every tea spoon of sweets they give them kills them faster, as a cooked sweet contains almost 98 percent sugar! According to government statistics, processed food accounts for 80% of the food consumed in the United States today. Sugar, salt, or both are used to stabilize all processed meals. We all know that eating too much salt is bad for us, but did you realize that sugar is a degenerative poison as well?

24 teaspoons of sugar per day is enough to block the body’s immune system from working; remember, there are 12 teaspoons in a can of pop, so everyone drinks pop in the summer, and then there’s a flu epidemic in the autumn!! Did you know that in Western society, the number of human male sperm has decreased by 50%? In mice, we’ve discovered that when they’re fed human processed food, their sperm count drops by half by the second generation. We are currently raising the third generation of humans on processed food because the fourth generation mice can no longer make babies!

  1. The key element in all processed foods is SUGAR, which is created by humans. So sugar, whether brown, white, or whatever color they choose to disguise it as, has negative consequences on the body, including…
  2. Sugar attaches to oxygen in red blood cells, reducing the brain’s ability to function effectively (if you’re taking tests, eat a fruit with natural sugars; it’ll keep you healthier and won’t keep you from thinking clearly). To safeguard their lives, anyone with anemia of any kind must avoid sugar.
  3. Sugar and processed foods disrupt the Endocrine balance due to their high calorie content, which over stimulates the digestive organs, causing them to demand more food than is required to maintain strength and vitality, resulting in oversecretion of hormones and eventually exhaustion of the hormone producing glands, not to mention enzyme reserves.
  4. Sugar makes you feel good because it stimulates the pituitary gland, which is known as the “master gland” since it distributes hormones to all of the other glands in your body, including the thyroid, adrenals, reproductive glands, and pancreas! All of these organs are thrown out of whack.
  5. It prevents calcium absorption in the body.
  6. Sugar causes the “islets of langerhans” to malfunction (which are a collection of special cells scattered throughout the pancreas, they are what secrete insulin which is poured directly into the blood stream).
  7. If ingested before bedtime, it weakens the body’s immune system’s ability to generate antibodies even more quickly, which occurs during the first two hours of sleep. As a result, it is critical to maintain consistent sleep patterns in order to maintain good health.
  8. In Western society, it is the biggest cause of headaches and migrane!
  9. Carcinogenic contaminants may be introduced into sugar during the filtering process.
  10. It messes with blood sugar levels by temporarily boosting them and then dangerously reducing them because its fuel cannot be kept!
  11. Sugar inhibits the absorption of the vitamin B complex and other essential elements.
  1. We can cram almost 700 capillaries into the shaft of a pin, but sugar can irritate those capillaries, interfering with the osmosis process, as seen in eczema, psoriasis, and other skin conditions.
  2. It reduces the endurance and strength of muscles.
  3. Produces an acid that irritates the tooth’s protecting enamel and promotes gum disease.
  4. Induced fermentation in the gastrointestinal tract.
  5. It has been shown to enhance bacterial invasion, such as in rheumatism and heart irritation.
  6. It is a source of anxiety!
  7. Because it is habit-forming, it is seen to be a precursor to other addictive behaviors. As seen in children and those suffering from psychotic stress.

It should never be mixed with any type of milk, including yogurt. According to one source, the typical yogurt contains 4% alcohol. This is why so many youngsters have lost control of their mental and physical faculties, or have become overactive, as others describe it!

Do you still want your coffee with sugar?
